§ 34-31. Statutory authorization.

The legislature of the State of Louisiana has in statute R.S. 38:84 delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the Board of Trustees of the City of New Iberia, Louisiana, does ordain as follows:
