§ 38-6. Accumulations of stagnant water.

No person shall allow any water to remain on his premises or on any lot owned by him for a period longer than five days. Any person who shall fail, after five days' notice given to him by the city health/public standards officer, to fill up his lot or premises so as to cause the water to run off into the street, and not on any adjacent lot, shall have violated this section.
