§ 62-60. Closing hour.

It shall be unlawful to be in city-owned or city-leased parks or playgrounds between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. during daylight savings time and between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. during the remainder of the year, unless such individuals or groups are attending a City of New Iberia Park and Recreation Commission sponsored activity and have received a written permit from the Park and Recreation Commission or have a pre-approved special events permit. The foregoing closing hours shall not apply to Bank Street Park, West End Park, City Park, and Acadiana Ball Park which will be closed between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
