§ 6-39. Renewal.

Should any retail dealer or wholesale dealer fail to file his application for renewal of the permit issued under this article for an ensuing year on or before November 1 of each year, a penalty shall be imposed of 25 percent of the amount due for the permit applied for. If the application for the renewal of a permit is not filed until on or after January 1 of the year for which the permit is required, the application may be denied without notice or hearing and the applicant's right to do business suspended.
