§ 82-103. Payment of costs of administration and enforcement.

  • The cost of preparing and distributing the report forms and paraphernalia for the collection of the taxes levied by this article, and of the inspection and enforcement duties required in this article, together with any and all expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever incurred in placing the plan for the collection of these taxes in operation, shall be borne by the city and shall be paid out of the revenues derived from the imposition and collection of the sales and use tax, and the tax collector shall have authority to charge any such costs or expenses to the sales tax fund to be set up and established under the provisions of this article.
