§ 90-51. Persons located outside city limits.

(1)

The mayor is hereby authorized to contract with any person owning property outside of the corporate limits of the city for sewage disposal. The contract is to be consistent with the policies and procedures of the city's wastewater department.

(2)

As a further consideration for the contract each property owner so contracting for the use of the city's sewage collection and disposal system will sign an agreement to have the property incorporated within the corporate limits of the city. The agreement shall be irrevocable.
