§ 90-62. User charge.

Latest version.

In order to provide for the health and welfare of the citizens of the city, there is hereby levied a user (service) charge to defray the cost to the city for operation and maintenance of the sanitary sewage collection, treatment and disposal facilities, to be assessed and collected as hereinafter set forth.
