§ 98-122. Denial of permit or license.
Latest version.
The city may deny any applicant's permit or license under this article whenever, in the exercise of its reasonable and sound discretion, and after notice and affording the applicant a hearing thereon, it shall determine that the applicant is not a fit and proper person to have such permit or license. The applicant may appeal within ten days from such denial to the board of trustees for a hearing on the denial for the board of trustees to determine if such denial is justified.
