§ 98-187. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person who shall fail to comply with or violate any of the provisions of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in section 1-8, and the permit of such person may be revoked, or both a fine and revocation of the permit may be imposed.
