§ 38-71. Abandoned vehicles.

The city is hereby authorized to seize and dispose of abandoned vehicles in accordance with any and all provisions of law now or hereinafter existing, including, but not limited to, La. R.S. 32:471 and following. The city is further authorized to recover its costs of demolition, removal, and/or maintenance, along with administrative fees, attorney's fees, and interest, in accordance with any and all provisions of law now or hereinafter existing.
