§ 38-72. Penalties and abatement procedures established by this article not exclusive.

The penalties and abatement procedures established by this article shall not constitute the exclusive remedies available to the city for a violation of this article, and no specification of penalties or abatement procedures in this article shall constitute a limitation on the power of the city to abate nuisances, impose penalties, and recover costs of abatement under any other provision of law or jurisprudence now in effect or hereinafter adopted, including procedures and remedies provided in article I.
